Once you've started using Inbox2Notion with our Inbox Mastery template, you may start wondering 'how do I add another template or database to Inbox2Notion?"
To do this, all you need to do is give Inbox2Notion permission to access the database you want to use via one of two methods.
From Notion (Recommended - It's quick and easy) → Jump to instructions
From Inbox2Notion ( Easy but not as quick) → Jump to instructions
Watch a video walkthrough of both ways to add a database
This video will walk you through 2 different ways to add your database or template to Inbox2Notion. See below for a step by step guide as well.
From Notion - Step by Step Guide
Open a database in Notion, click the '...' button in the top-right corner → Connections → Add Connection / Connect to → Inbox2Notion
Go to Inbox2Notion and click the refresh or sync icon to update locations.
From Inbox2Notion - Step by Step Guide
Click the current location i.e. My Inbox Tasks then navigate to the + sign on the choose location screen and Add existing database
Select pages to share with Inbox2Notion
Similar to your initial setup with Inbox2Notion when you authenticated Inbox2Notion walk through these steps but this time choose the option to Select Pages to share with Inbox2Notion
Add your selected databases and you are ready to go!
Note: If you are using a larger template, you may need to search for the inbox for tasks or items i.e. with Thomas Frank's Ultimate Brain or Ultimate Tasks you'd need to search for the Task Inbox if you want to add tasks to the Ultimate Brain template.
